Moving Storage

I think the owner uses this as a store bin.  It is full of stuff.  The guy moves it every day.  I have seen him move it from one side of the street to the other.  I always seen it on the same street.  I guess it might be a cheap type of storage. 

As I drive by I think about this guy every time.  I wonder who he is and why he does this.  I have seen him a couple of times.  He is a 50-60 year old Asian man with a wispy beard.  I never get a really good look at him.  I just wonder about this idea.
