Second thought on robopocalypse

I read Robopocalypse last month.  Before reading the book I knew there were plans for this to be a movie.  I just read the movie has been put on hold indefinitely. I think that might be a good thing.  The book would be a much better as a TV show.  I think the story could be expanded to be told over two or three seasons.

I think a television show could fill in a lot of holes that are in the book. The books is a little bit of a mess.  I think with 2 seasons you could tell a rich and full story about this world.  I just do not think anyone will do it.
