The New Valley

I read this story in the Mercury News, Valley's new job market: (specific) help wanted. This story scares me a lot. Hiring only high dollar empolyees is Silicon Valley would be bad for people like me. That would be more people to drive up the price of housing. I wonder what will happen to the high tech field here. Will it be different because of the kind of high tech jobs that will be able to be filled?
