Fighting for Right Not to Show ID

You have the right to remain silent, but not to not show ID. This is kind of strange to me. I hope his guy wins his battle.

This also reminds me of Martha Steward. One of the things she is on trial for is lying to a federal agent. Personally I think that lying is covered under the First Amendment . I should have the right to lie to anyone at any time, as long as I am not under oath. Currently the law does not allow that.
