Twitter Year in Review

I realize there is no way for me to keep track of what I did on Twitter this year. I can see my total number of tweets, but since I did not record that number in January 2010 I do not know how many times I have tweeted this year. I feel blind using just twitters tools. I cannot see how many times I have tweeted, how many links I have posted, how many @earthdog replies were written or how many people retweeted me this year.

Worst of all, I have no good way to look back and figure out my best tweets of the year. I know that twitter is about living in the moment, but I feel that having these tools for everyone would make twitter a better place. I wonder if it will have any long run effect on Twitter.
