The Real Cost of the New San Jose City Hall

The Mercury News did a story about The Real Cost of the New San Jose City Hall: "The final total is projected to reach about $960 million by the time the city has retired the debt."

Wow. I think they new city hall is good for downtown. I am just not sure that was the right way to spend the money. I wonder what other good could have been done with that money.
