This Scares Me

I do not mean to alarm anyone, but there is a 100 Square mile Bulge in Oregon. I know there is nothing I can do about the bulge. I know that nature will do what nature will do. I am just wondering if I should be worried or not. I guess it is time to sit down and draw up that emergency plan.
