The Rolling Stones v. Noise Police

It looks like some people in Boston want to ask the Rolling Stones to Keep it down a little while you play at Fenway Park. I guess I would feel the same way if I lived near the park. Concerts are a relative net thing at Fenway. I wonder if the crowd noise alone might be over 70 decibels. I could see a crowd being pissed off if a concert was not loud enough. I wonder how it will go.
