If you are not a small government person, shut up about Kelo et al v. City of New London. This case is all about getting more tax revenue. The line is between taking land for roads and schools or taking land for taxes to pay for roads and schools. I think this is the logical fallout from America's current obsession with "Tax the Rich and Corporations" politics.
