Bringing the Rain with me
It is raining today. The local news last night was 15 minutes about Pope John Paul II and 15 minutes about rain and local flooding. On the plane from San Jose a women complained how it rained everyday for the 28 days she visited her son. Now it seems like the rain has come with us.
Rain is different between the East and West Coast. Today I was putting gas into the car and I was getting soaked. I was under a covering, but the rain was coming sideways. There was no where for me to hid. Right now it the rain is being whipped around by the wind. It never rains this hard on the west coast. I never get soaked just walking out to my car in San Jose.
The rain seems to fit the mood around here.
