The gift when you want to make an impression

I am not very surprised that now you can buy The Godfather horse head prop pillow. I know there has been a market for this kind of thing for a long time. I know that I have friends that would love this kind of thing. I can also see this being used around the office for when someone makes a mistake.

I am just not sure what I would think if someone gave this to me as a gift. Should I be worried that they are trying to send me a message?
