My friend and cartoonist Peter Contrad wrote a program that will alow you to create cartoons for people to view on the Palm. The program is called Zeenster. I am not sure how it works. He has sent me some of his cartoons and it is pretty cool. If you have a Palm you should chect it out. You can also picket it up at Palmblvd. I am not sure that my friends who have zines want to make them electronic. If they do, this might be the program to use.
