Legendary singer Carly Simon is set to finally disclose who inspired her hit song 'You're So Vain' -- but only to one wealthy fan.
The 58-year-old will reveal one of the enduring secrets in pop to the highest bidder at an auction to raise money for Martha's Vineyard, the Massachusetts island where she lives.
However, the winner of next week's auction must sign an agreement never to disclose the coveted information.
Sir Mick Jagger, Warren Beatty, Cat Stevens and ex-hubby James Taylor have all been put forward as likely candidates.
Carly has refused to disclose the information for more than 30 years, recently admitting it keeps the public interested in her music.
