What should art say?
I feel sad as I read this article about this memorial to September 11 victims. I can see why an artist would want to remember someone falling out of the tower. There is a truth to this statue. There is an idea here that we should not forget. The problem is that many families of survivors would not like this. Many of them want to see the victims as hears, not at weak and human. It is a shame that a statue might be swept aside.
