1.) Do you think pornography is dangerous? Why, or why not?
No. I think people who are dangerous with pornography are dangerous without it. It is hard to make a case against pornography when we abuse sexual images to sell soda and cars. I would ban advertising before pornography.
2.) What do you think about people being held in jail without charges, without access to a lawyer, or a phone call for an indeterminate period of time?
We always have to be careful about the tools we use, less someone use them against us. I do not object to to the idea of being able to do this. I just this the Bush administration is going a little overboard. I would not have used this against the "dirty bomber." I think that they would have been able to get some other charges to stick.
3.) How do you feel about this US program?
I truly believe that if I see someone breaking the law, it is my duty to call the cops. I do not consider it being a "rat." I guess I say that I am taking Elia Kazan's point of view. If you see someone doing something wrong, you have to stand up and say something. I guess that program really does not bother me. I just want the right to defend myself if I am the person being accused.
